"This has been an extremely reliable tool for us. We log in every morning and often multiple times per day, to make sure we are on track with our appointments and job schedules. The contact manager allows our entire team to work off a fully up-to-date database of vendors and sub contractors; now when I get a business card, I enter the information into the system and throw away the card - no need to rummage through a pile of business cards when you can do a quick search and find who you're looking for.

With this system, it's all there - contacts, job information, files, appointments and tasks. And with scheduling, it's easy to make changes, see how those changes affect other jobs and other subcontractors, and we know who to "push" on which site in order to meet deadlines. This system has grown with our expanding construction business."
