"With this system, we keep all our jobs organized, on schedule, and have more control over tasks that previously would fall through the cracks. We used to use a chart on the wall to schedule our jobs, but now we use task lists and Gantt charting. This system has helped eliminate a lot of paperwork. And also saves us time by allowing us to quickly scan through all our jobs and see what needs to be done, and by whom, from any computer with Internet access.

We recently had a number of office computers stolen. Despite that, we were able to access job, scheduling and contact information without any real interruption to our business, as many of our files were stored securely offsite.

"I particularly find the "to do" lists, and job notes valuable and they assist me with keeping on top of my jobs. I find this system to be an extremely useful tool, and would hate to have it taken away."
