Pricing Plans
All BuildIT pricing plans are based on a single user account. User accounts can be shared, although there are advantages to key people on your team having their own unique BuildIT access.
Advantages for launching multiple BuildIT user accounts:
- Each user has their own unique access – better for accountability
- Each user can be tracked, so you know who did what, and when
- Employee accounts can be monitored, and suspended if need be
- Each user account has its own email address associated with it. Keep track of all communications by all employees (email, text messages, web faxing, documents, notes, to do’s and tasks)
- Administrator privileges and employee account restrictions
BuildIT does not charge “per project” pricing – you will not be penalized by being more successful, or doing more jobs.

How many user accounts do I need?
One user account – for small firms, sole proprietors, and those just getting started with web based scheduling.
Two or more user accounts – for larger firms with more than one “key person”. Connect your whole team together. Share information like never before.
Tip: Budget on a separate user account for each “key person”. A key person is defined as someone who:
- Is actively involved in creating or modifying schedules on a regular basis, or
- Sends out communications on behalf of the company using BuildIT email, text messaging, and web faxing.
Tip: Consider sharing an account when:
- Someone only needs to access/view information, or
- Someone only needs to post/upload data like files and contact information.
